Are you working with technology or is technology working against you? Technology is progressing today quicker than we can keep up with. 3-D printers are being fine-tuned to print food. We can talk to people anywhere in the world with the click of a button. And people are being replaced at by robots not just at work but in the driver’s seat too. Technology is going to do great things in the future. Unless it’s working against you. Technology simplifies our lives. Just think of how much stuff you can do from your phone. You can get directions. You can order anything in the world. You can research whatever you want. Which means that anyone who makes maps or runs a library has very strong competition for their customers. Because technology is working against them. Medical Done

  Yesterday we just finished our medical for the 3rd times after we get here in Taiwan. It's around 9 am in the morning April 20, 2016. I got 103/67 Blood pressure, weighing 57.5 kls. I can  still recall 1year and 6 months ago,  I came here weighing 67.5 kls, so definitely I loss 10 kls in that range of time, it's one of my achievement! :)
